Want to make your event more authentic? Let us bring one of our smokers, for a small additional fee of $100 we'll have one on-site!
All of our events are staffed according to the guest count of your party. Depending on your menu, number of guests, and approximate hours of the event, we will help to give you an estimate of staffing hours and how many servers are needed.
As a guide, serving staff charges are $25.00 per hour per person.
Terms:
A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve your date.
(Deposit non-refundable if event is cancelled less than 30 days out).
A 100 person minimum is required for all catered events utilizing the smoker.
Time and travel charges apply for caterings outside our regular service area, or for those requiring ferry boat transportation.
